We only source USDA PRIME certified 100% Black Angus beef, the highest grade available from our partners in the heart of America's Midwest, this is the top 2% of Beef in America and only found in it's finest steakhouses. It is widely revered for its tenderness, succulence and flavour. After carefully dry aging in our Himalayan salt chamber for 35 days We cut our USDA prime steaks extra thick so you can reproduce that US steak house experience in your own home.Of all the beef produced in the U.S., only 2% is certified prime grade by the USDA. From that small amount, we choose only the high prime—you just can't get any better than that.
