A truly outstanding Wagyu, heritage Black Angus cross raised on the beautiful isolated mountainous plains of Chile. The natural environment between the VIII and X regions of Southern Chile allows these cattle to grow in conditions very similar to those found in Japan. Bred from the trifecta of The Sires – Fukutsuru, Hirashigetayasu and Michifuku, this wagyu is 100% naturally fed on lush pastures before finishing on select grain feed for 500 days. It Is hormone and antibiotic free which results in a highly pleasing luxurious melt in your mouth buttery taste. We have carefully selected animals with a BMS grade of 5 as this offers the ideal degree of Intramuscular marbling for serving large THICK CUT traditional U.S. style steaks as opposed to a the smaller sized serving suggested for the richer HIGHER BMS FULL BLOOD WAGYU.
