It Is hormone and antibiotic free which results in a highly pleasing luxurious melt in your mouth buttery taste. We have carefully selected animals with a BMS grade of 5 as this offers the ideal degree of Intramuscular marbling for serving large THICK CUT traditional U.S. style steaks as opposed to a the smaller sized serving suggested for the richer HIGHER BMS FULL BLOOD WAGYU.
