Possibly our finest roasting cut, the signature Bone-In Rib-Roast with its elevated flavour profile reigns supreme as the most desirable of all beef roasts. Combining Wagyu's predisposition for incredible marbling and the marvellous flavour of Black Angus beef, this exceptional cut is from cattle that are pasture fed, then finished on 500 days of supplementary grain. It spends a minimum of 28 days maturing in our dry aging chamber before being expertly larder trimmed and dispatched to our discerning customers. Whether roasted as a rack or cut and grilled as single ribs, this cut promises to impress both visually and gustatorily. Presented with cap off this is pure prime rib while the bone not only provides protective insulation for even perfect cooking but also imparts additional flavour.

As a general rule of thumb and if it's the main course for a sit-down dinner, plan on approx 300g-400g per persons for rib on the bone. (Dependent on appetite.) When in doubt, err on the side of buying too much as its almost as good cut cold the next day for a roast beef sandwich.
