At the Surf and Turf co we come to work each day simply because we are passionate about delivering only the finest quality seafood and steak to our valued customers. I'm Ben, the founder, and with over two decades of culinary expertise, I decided to embark on a fresh culinary journey.
After adopting two boys and prioritising family life, I realised the restaurant trade wasn't conducive to the balance I sought. It did however install in me a deep appreciation off authentic cuisine and the commitment required to source unique exceptional produce.
Our company was born from the realisation that discerning customers could not conveniently source the unique produce and provenance we could provide, therefore we embarked on a mission to fill a noticeable void in the market. As our company evolved, so did our philosophy –

We believe that less is indeed more; it's better to savour with friends & family the excellence of a perfectly dry-aged steak that has taken years to produce or a pristine piece of wild seafood occasionally than to settle for poor quality produce frequently.

Our traditional way of preparing seafood flies in the face of modern production because we rely on real people taking their time and using age-old skills rather than cutting corners with rows of machines. Although this way is more time consuming and labour intensive, the end result surpasses all expectations.
