One of the most abundant, sustainable species in the UK and amazing for absorbing flavour in cooking. This Plaice is however sourced from the ice cold waters off The Norwegian Coast which according to popular opinion makes it the finest around. Best cooked whole with plenty of salt, pepper and lots and lots of herby butter under the grill for 5-6 minutes, it's SO easy to cook. This is our favourite for a good-value mid-week meal.
