Real Wagyu is renowned for the flavour of its fat, In fact the meat of our A5 Pureblood Japanese wagyu contains so much intramuscular fat it can often appear pink! and begins to melt at room temperature. It would be a travesty to waste, therefore any excess fat removed from our WAGYU beef is first ground, then slowly rendered overnight and filtered to produce our pure wagyu beef dripping, our favourite fat.
