These Sea bass fillets are responsibly farmed in The Aegean sea. Sea Bass is best cooked simply so that its flavour can really shine. We recommend grilling or pan-frying skin side down, or baking it in the oven in a wrapping of foil with your chosen herbs and a drizzle of oil.
