These large Sea bass fillets are responsibly farmed in The Aegean sea, typically 50% larger than you will find in any supermarket, these chunky fillets make for a generous portion for one per person and cook in only minutes. Sea Bass is best cooked simply so that its flavour can really shine. We recommend grilling or pan-frying skin side down, or baking it in the oven in a wrapping of foil with your chosen herbs and a drizzle of oil. Also available in a twin pack of two 120g fillets.
