Think summer, think beaches, think BBQ's and grilled seafood dressed with our green sauce. Its almost a continental tartare sauce….almost just a bit posher. This vibrant green sauce originally paired with Italian boiled meats turns out to be the most delicious accompaniment to grilled and roasted seafood. It also pairs exceptionally well with frankly just about any grilled meat especially chicken & lamb not to mention asparagus and so much more. As with all our chef made produce, authenticity and quality is paramount so we only make our sauce with extra virgin oil, and lots of fresh herbs. One recipe idea: Roast a whole sea bass and serve with some new potatoes a simple green salad and our Salsa Verde for a light, healthy dinner, packed with flavour.
