Early in the morning on the Devonshire coast the previous night's landing of crabs are cooked, ready to be hand picked in the traditional way. It has a delicate white texture, with a lovely sweet flavour and the best we have tried. Carefully hand-picked, our white crab meat arrives cooked and ready to eat. Considered a delicacy, Luxury crab meat is a perfect choice for elevating your favourite Seafood salad or pasta. Personally I prefer to let its quality speak for itself and serve it with a little sourdough crostini, squeeze of lemon and some good homemade mayonnaise.
