Sourced from the fantastic Wansford Trout Farm these fish are hand filleted on the farm before arriving with us. The trout gently cooks as it hot smokes under beechwood, this fillet is ready to eat and is a great size meal for one or simply fantastic flaked over a warm English potato salad with spring onion to make it go further.
