Award winning hot kiln roasted smoked salmon, completely hand produced. The temperature in the kiln is raised as whole sides of salmon are slowly hot smoked with beech wood for a gentle and delicious depth of flavour. This method gently cooks the fish as it smokes. Each piece is then carefully removed from the smoker to retain the perfect level of moisture before hand coating with a unique pepper crust blend. Amazing flaked cold or sliced into Portions and served gently warmed with hollandaise, warm poached egg and asparagus.
