Award winning Herefordshire Cider and Apple Cured Salmon is our unique take on gravadlax using local cider & apples.This sweet and salty salmon is completely hand produced using traditional gravadlax methods. The salmon is cured in a unique blend of salt, sugar and herbs for between 7 & 10 days, before its topped with a secret recipe of apple & dill and hand sliced "Scandinavian" style.
