Unlike the widely available so called "Mature steaks" where the meat is stored sealed in its own blood in plastic for up to four weeks our whole five bone rib primals are actually left uncovered to dry age to perfection for 35 days in our state-of-the-art dry aging chamber before careful trimming to create this Beefalicious masterpiece that embodies the essence of quality and tradition. The slow rearing process and pasture diet imparts a depth of flavour that can only be achieved with time and care. The result is a thick cut ribeye steak on the bone that's not just a meal but an experience, where the rich, marbled meat meets the complexity of a 35-day salt aging to deliver a symphony of taste and tenderness with the added bonus of a bone for you or the dog to gnaw on at the end.
